Support Engineers (2nd Line). This is the company’s mainstream support role, essential in maintaining and developing our reputation as a responsive and technically excellent organisation. You will be MCP certified, able to handle constant pressure with equanimity, drive multiple complex problems to resolution, whilst continuously communicating progress with clients and Fotec management.
This is an ideal second or third job, building on your technical skills, broadening them out in a wide variety of environments whilst developing your business skills at the same time. From here, the career progression could lead to a deeper technical role in our 3rd Line Support Group, or a field role as a Senior or Principal Consultant.

Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for all areas of marketing. This means not only the traditional collateral, sales campaigns, lead generation, web site etc, but also for our web presence, using collaborative Web 2.0 tools and media to build a registered community of thousands of companies. You will be literate and numerate: equally at home writing copy for a web site or building a spreadsheet for a lead generation campaign. You will be something of a computer geek: present in the social media, with a 24/7 mindset. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone with a marketing mind, sales sensitivity, and IT knowledge.
